TARTA Planning & Service Development Manager Gary Doran walks through upcoming service changes route-by-route on TARTA's YouTube channel. 

Normal service will be in effect for fixed-route, TARTA Move and TARTA Flex services under Level I and Level II snow emergencies. Under a Level III emergency, TARTA and TARTA Flex vehicles will operate on as close to a normal schedule as conditions allow.
