TARTA continually works to expand on and improve service in Lucas County and the City of Rossford. Through fresh ideas that expand the number of northwest Ohioans for whom public transit is a viable option and listening to the customers who depend on us, we strive to make reaching your destination the easiest part of your day.

Active Fixed-Route Bus Service

TARTA Move

TARTA Move is our paratransit service offering convenient door-to-door transportation for riders with disabilities or mobility challenges. Once approved, riders pay $3 per trip (or $30 for a 10-ride pass) and can ride TARTA’s fixed-route buses at no cost.

TARTA Flex

TARTA Flex is an on-demand public transit service that operates within designated zones. Riders use an app or phone to request rides, and a shared vehicle picks them up and drops them off within the zone. It's designed to complement fixed-route bus service and provide more flexible transportation options.

TARTA schedules are available online or in person at the TARTA Transit Hub. located at 612 N. Huron St. in downtown Toledo.
Arrival times are available from any stop visiting go.tarta.com.

Please have your fare or electronic pass on the EZFare app ready before you board. A friendly reminder: any attempt to ride without paying is a punishable crime.
Passes can be purchased at the following locations:
- EZfare App (Available in the iPhone App Store, Google Play and online)
- Cash fare is accepted and Day Passes can be purchased on the bus.
- No cash refunds. If paying by cash, any remaining balance will be returned on a ticket that can only be used for future TARTA transportation
- TARTA Transit Hub (612 N. Huron St., Toledo)
- Seaway Market (1707 Cherry St, Toledo)
- Toledo Urban Federal Credit Union (1441 Dorr St, Toledo)

When the bus stops, allow passengers on the bus to exit first.
Please have your fare or electronic pass on the EZFare app ready before you board.
Put cash payment in the fare box near or scan your EZFare app as you board the bus. No cash refunds. If paying by cash, any remaining balance will be returned on a ticket that can only be used for future TARTA transportation.
If a transfer is needed, ask the operator after payment. When using the EZFare app, the transfer will automatically be applied.

Please allow seniors and persons with disabilities to use the seats designated for them. It’s the decent thing to do, and it’s the law.
No smoking, eating or drinking on any TARTA vehicle or in any TARTA station.
Bringing your own music? Don’t forget your headphones. If we can hear you, you’re too loud.
No shoes, no shirt, no service.
Illegal or unlawfully possessed firearms and/or other weapons are prohibited in or on any TARTA vehicle or property.

Passengers wishing to get off the bus at a particular stop must do so by pulling the "cord" located along the windows on the sides of the bus just after the previous stop is passed.
Wait for the bus to stop before standing.
When possible, exit through the back doors to allow new riders to board quickly.
Wait until the bus leaves before crossing the street so you have a clear field of vision.

No passenger stops are made in construction zones.
