Efficiency upgrades to TARTA's communication system have caught the eye of a transit industry publication.

The Ohio Transit Risk Pool, which provides claims management and coverage verification services to transit agencies in Ohio, singled out Team TARTA members for the timeliness, accuracy and photo quality of their incident reports.

This agreement calls for raises of 11.5 percent over the length of the contract and covers close to 40 members of Team TARTA.
