TARTA Supervisors Recognized By OTRP

TARTA’s team of Transportation Supervisors are on the ball when it comes to responding to road calls, accidents and other emergencies, and we aren’t the only ones who have noticed.

The Ohio Transit Risk Pool, which provides claims management and coverage verification services to transit agencies in Ohio, singled out Team TARTA members for the timeliness, accuracy and photo quality of their incident reports. These reports are used to limit TARTA’s risk in case of an incident.

“I’m proud to work with this team every day,” stated Transportation Manager Fran Miller. “It’s a group of individuals who have shown such dedication to their craft and the desire to get things right the first time, so the fact that OTRP noticed that and recognized that doesn’t surprise me at all.

“The work that our Transportation Supervisors do is crucial to TARTA’s ability to build on the improvements that we have made as an organization. It is so important in the situations where a road call is necessary to be thorough and accurate. Our team of supervisors takes a lot of pride in doing just that.”
