TARTA’s Muddy Shuttle will connect baseball fans with Toledo’s team again in 2025, with inexpensive rides directly to and from Fifth Third Field for 17 games from five area park-and-ride locations, including Lourdes University’s Franciscan Center (6832 Convent Blvd., Sylvania).
The change to the Sylvania stop for the shuttle was announced at a press conference Thursday, March 13, at the Franciscan Center with speakers including TARTA CEO Laura Koprowski, Lourdes University President William J. Bisset, Toledo Mud Hens General Manager Erik Ibsen, Lucas County Commissioners Anita Lopez and Lisa Sobecki, and Sylvania Mayor Mark Frye. View the full press conference on TARTA’s Facebook feed.
TARTA’s Muddy Shuttle will bring Mud Hens fans directly to the game from five area park-and-ride locations for 17 games this season, including Opening Day Friday, March 28 against the Columbus Clippers. The Shuttle will run on Opening Day and for every Friday and Saturday home game after Memorial Day. It will take off from park-and-ride locations one hour before first pitch and will depart Fifth Third Field 20 minutes after the game or postgame fireworks.
