As part of its effort to ensure that the things that make northwest Ohio a great place to live are accessible to everyone, the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) is pleased to announce that author and disability advocate Anna Letitia Zivarts will be the keynote speaker for its Community Update Thursday, November 14 at the Glass City Center. 

Efforts put into culture development and customer service in recent years by The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) continue to produce positive results, according to a recently completed survey of the people who depend on public transit in northwest Ohio. 

The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) has scheduled a series of public events to collect community feedback on the planned rollout of an account-based ticketing system.

While the artist who performed the theme song to the show “Taxi” will headline Glass City JazzFest, taking a taxi isn’t the only way northwest Ohio music fans will be able to catch this event.

As businesses in the area continue to grow and commute costs continue to increase, the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) is working on building a partnership to reduce expenses for commuters

The purpose of this policy is to establish rules and procedures for Lost and Found

Transportation costs will not be a barrier for any youth wishing to take part in the
Toledo Lucas County Public Library’s Summer Read program, or any of the events
and activities that make summer great in northwest Ohio.

Cost will not be a barrier to young northwest Ohioans enjoying everything this
community has to offer this summer, as the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority
(TARTA) and community partners bring back the Youth Summer Blast Pass.

As its next step in making certain that the great things about northwest Ohio are accessible to everyone, the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority’s (TARTA) paratransit division has become the first transit agency department in Ohio to become a Certified Autism Center™.
