Downtown, the Old West End, Five Points, Library Village and North Towne are all accessible via Route 18, which launched in January of 2026. TARTA connects thousands of northwest Ohioans every day to jobs, medical appointments, educational and recreational opportunities, and this route does just that with stops including Scott High School, St. Vincent Medical Center, Dana’s Driveline facility, Miracle Mile, GM Powertrain, and Kroger and Target on Alexis.

Route 18 runs hourly on weekdays, every 90 minutes starting at 6 p.m., and features 10 trips per day on weekends and holidays.
