The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) is honored by the trust placed in it by local taxpayers and the public to make sure that every dollar funding the organization is used conscientiously and in a manner consistent with TARTA’s mission. TARTA is also committed to being transparent with the community about its financial activities.
