  • Cash fare is accepted and Day Passes can be purchased on the bus.
  • No cash refunds. If paying by cash, any remaining balance will be returned on a ticket that can only be used for future TARTA transportation

1. Plan your ride with TARTA using our Trip Planner or Transit App.
2. When the bus stops, allow passengers on the bus to exit first.
3. Please have your fare or electronic pass on the EZFare app ready before you board. 
4. Put cash payment in the fare box near or scan your EZFare app as you board the bus. No cash refunds. If paying by cash, any remaining balance will be returned on a ticket that can only be used for future TARTA transportation.
5. If a transfer is needed, ask the operator after payment. When using the EZFare app, the transfer will automatically be applied. 

TARTA schedules are available on our Digital Hub under Routes in Service or in person at the TARTA Transit Hub. located at 612 N. Huron St. in downtown Toledo.

• Please allow seniors and persons with disabilities to use the seats designated for them. It’s the decent thing to do, and it’s the law.
• No smoking, eating or drinking on any TARTA vehicle or in any TARTA station.
• Bringing your own music? Don’t forget your headphones. If we can hear you, you’re too loud.
• No shoes, no shirt, no service.
• Illegal or unlawfully possessed firearms and/or other weapons are prohibited in or on any TARTA vehicle or property.

1. Passengers wishing to get off the bus at a particular stop must do so by pulling the "cord" located along the windows on the sides of the bus just after the previous stop is passed. 
2. Wait for the bus to stop before standing.
3. When possible, exit through the back doors to allow new riders to board quickly.
4. Wait until the bus leaves before crossing the street so you have a clear field of vision.

No passenger stops are made in construction zones.
