Operator Named First Golden Recognition Award Honoree
TARTA’s Employee Recognition, Retention & Outreach (ERRO) team is proud to recognize our first Golden Recognition Award honoree: Operator Spaythe.
TARTA provided Special Event Transportation to Boomfest in Oregon in July, running attendees to the concert and fireworks show from the parking lot at Starr Elementary to Oak Shade Grove and back.
The crowd and weather made it difficult for some to get out of the festival by the last scheduled TARTA pick-up of the evening.
Even after TARTA’s last scheduled stop, Adena ran a shuttle back to Oak Shade Grove to pick up 30 people and take them back to their vehicles at Starr Elementary, exemplifying the enhanced customer service that Team TARTA members are known for.
Golden Recognition winners are selected from employees nominated by their peers. Any Team TARTA member is welcome to submit a nomination at any time by using the forms and boxes in the Central Avenue or TARPS common areas.
