DETOUR ALERT: UPDATED DETOUR ROUTE 17


Due to road repair on Lagrange St between Bancroft St. and Streicher St, it has become necessary to create a detour.

Route 17 will use the following detour: 

INBOUND: Lagrange St to Central Ave (L)Central Ave to Elm St (R) Elm St to George St (R) George St to Lagrange (L) back on route.

OUTBOUND: Lagrange St to George St (R) George St to Elm St (L) Elm St to Central Ave (L) Central Ave to Lagrange (R) back on route.

Due to this detour TARTA will temporarily discontinue service to 11 bus stops: 

  • INBOUND: 6 stops in between Central Ave and George St.
  • OUTBOUND: 5 stops in between George St and Central Ave.

TARTA will make courtesy stops on Elm St.

This detour is expected to be in effect from Friday, August 7 until Friday, August 28, 2020.
