2025 TARTA Transit Survey

This is a brief survey concerning the transportation needs in Lucas County. This survey is part of the Locally Coordinated Public Transit Human Services Transportation Plan update (LOCHSTP). This coordinated plan is a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirement and identifies our regional transportation needs for individuals with disabilities, older adults, and individuals with lower income. This plan will provide strategies for meeting these needs and prioritizes transportation services for funding and implementation.
