Public Notice: Bids For Diesel Fuel And Gasoline

The Portage Area Regional Transportation Authority (PARTA) – in partnership with the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) and several other public transit providers – requests bids for: DIESEL FUEL & GASOLINE.

All bids must be submitted in accordance with requirements set forth in the IFB and must be received in the administrative offices of PARTA on or before Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 10 a.m. A public bid opening will follow. 

The Contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, or handicap. All bidders are certifying that they are not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors by signing the bid form page. Proposals from individuals/entities that are presently disbarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the State of Ohio or the federal government will be disqualified.

The Agencies reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids, to re‑advertise for bids, to waive any informality in any bid and to determine the most responsive bid by its own criteria, as described within the specification. 

The Agencies further advise prospective bidders that all bids must be filed on the forms provided by PARTA and that all bids must be clearly marked on the lower left side of the outermost envelope with the words, ATTN: IFB #2026 FUEL.
