Happy 100th Birthday, Charlie Wagoner!
Saturday, October 25, was honored to help celebrate the 100th birthday of Charlie Wagoner, the oldest living retiree from Community Traction Co. and TARTA.
Charlie began driving in 1957 and retired in 1990 after 33 years of dedicated service, helping connect countless people across our community.
In coordination with Charlie's family, a new electric bus became part of the festivities. Charlie, his family, and four generations of descendants were able to enjoy a ride.
Thank you, Charlie, for your years behind the wheel, your service and kindness, and the road you helped pave for generations of transit drivers to come.
