GoBus Expands To Toledo With Stop At TARTA Transit Hub

Starting Monday, March 2, TARTA’s Transit Hub will be a stop for an intercity bus service system that the rest of the state has been able to take advantage of for more 15 years.

GoBus – designed by the Ohio Department of Transportation to connect rural communities to the rest of the state – will have three departures each morning from the Cherry Street side of the Hub and three arrival times in the afternoon. From Toledo, passengers will be able to take affordable trips to the Cleveland area, Columbus and Dayton, with stops in between.

Outbound trips will start at the University of Toledo before heading to the Hub. Outbound trips leave three times each morning from the Transit Hub and inbound trips come in twice each afternoon.

Questions about GoBus, schedules and other information should be directed to 888-95-GOBUS, or ridegobus.com. TARTA's Transit Hub is a stop for this service and TARTA team members will not have that information.

Tickets for these trips are already on sale.
