Customer Experience Day: Community Update Puts Focus On Passengers
October 7 is Customer Experience Day, which seems just as good of a time as any to mention that TARTA's dedicated team of problem-solvers has led to some of the highest customer satisfaction scores in TARTA's history (84 percent for fixed route, 95 percent for TARTA Move paratransit, and 96 percent for TARTA Flex)
