TARTA is dedicated to an open dialogue with customers and the community on any planned upcoming service changes. The public has a chance to weigh in on every proposed adjustment to schedules, routes, or fare structure through public meetings, both virtual and in-person.
TARTA Seeks Feedback On Proposed January 2026 Service Changes
TARTA has scheduled a series of public events in September to collect community feedback on service changes that, if approved, would take effect January 25, 2026. More information on these proposed service changes will be available on this page and other TARTA communications pieces in the coming days.
These in-person and virtual events will seek comment from the public and the business community and will focus on the Title VI equity analyses surrounding the proposed changes. Public meetings are scheduled for the following dates:
- In-person Open House at TARTA Transit Hub, 612 N. Huron Street, Toledo, Monday, Sept. 29, 10 a.m.-noon
- In-person Open House at TARTA Transit Hub, 612 N. Huron Street, Toledo, Monday, Sept. 29, 1-3 p.m.
- In-person meeting at Mott Branch of Toledo Lucas County Public Library, 1010 Dorr Street, Toledo, Monday, Oct. 6, 6-8 p.m.
- Virtual meeting, Monday, Oct. 13, 6-7 p.m. via Zoom (registration link to be posted in coming weeks)
- Virtual meeting, Wednesday, Oct. 15, 10-11 a.m. via Zoom (registration link to be posted in coming weeks)

All language assistance services for TARTA programs are provided to the public at no charge. In-person translation services for events should be requested at least 5 business days prior to the event.
