Youth Summer Blast Pass

The Youth Summer Blast Pass begins June 1, 2025. Applications for the YSBP open May 5th for the 2025 season.

What is it?

The Youth Summer Blast Pass is intended to help youth aged from 6-19 find independence and allow them to learn how to travel throughout their city. The YSBP is good for unlimited rides on TARTA services – including fixed route buses, TARTA Flex microtransit and TARPS paratransit – during the summer months.

Youth Summer Blast Pass Card

How can youth get their hands on one?

  • TARTA has both digital and physical passes available for use.
  • We are encouraging youth to use digital passes as it will be convenient. To get a digital pass you first must create an EZFare account. Then go to TARTA.com/blast to fill out and submit an EZFare form. Starting from June 1st, in your account should be a Youth Summer Blast Pass. Note: Each individual rider will need a unique email address and their own EZFare Account.
  • To obtain a physical pass you must fill out a physical application (available May 15) which you can get at the TARTA Transit Hub or download below. Once completed, return it to the TARTA Transit Hub and a Youth Summer Blast Pass will be handed to you.

Beginning June 1st, check your EZFare account and within 48 hours your pass will be in your account! For any problems, please contact blastpass@tarta.com
