TARTA Transit Hub Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sundays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Holidays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

TARTA is moving forward, linking our customers in the Toledo metro area to jobs, education, health care and more. TARTA’s Downtown Toledo Transit Hub exhibits our focus on continuing to evolve as a regional asset for innovative transportation and economic development.

The Downtown Transit Hub is a full- service transit center equipped with several rider amenities like:

  • Information and Ticketing Center
  • Friendly in-person TARTA ambassadors
  • Restrooms
  • Climate controlled seating areas
  • Free wifi

When riding TARTA’s fixed-line service, riders can expect TARTA lineups to be located at the downtown TARTA Transit Hub. Line-up map here.

TARTA Transit Hub Code of Conduct

  • No weapons, and/or firearms, explosives, or flammable substances.
  • No disruptive behavior including fighting, damage of property and harassment of other customers and/or TARTA staff.
  • No wheeled devices including roller skates, skateboards, or bikes. Wheelchairs and mobility aid service devices are permitted.
  • Turn down the volume. No yelling, screaming, singing, playing musical instruments or use of any other sound amplification devices (without headsets) including ringtones.
  • No animals, insects, or reptiles, other than service animals.
  • No solicitation or loitering, panhandling, begging, gambling, laying down or sleeping inside of the TARTA Hub.
  • No offensive materials or public display of pornographic materials or media.
  • No alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, smoking or vaping.
  • Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
  • Keep your belongings with you at all times.
  • No littering, throwing, discarding, depositing any paper, glass, or other material except for in designated trash receptacles.
  • No inappropriate discharging of bodily fluids. Urinating, defecating, vomiting, spitting or on TARTA property is strictly prohibited.

Violation of any of the rules established in the Code of Conduct Policy will result in the immediate suspension of (riding privilege and) ability to utilize the hub facility.

Hub Improvement Initiatives

In our new 5-Year Strategic Plan: Transforming TARTA, Customer Experience is one of our four main focus points. To that end, we are going to enhance the Customer Experience at the TARTA Transit Hub and this Pavement Improvement Project is the first step in that process.
