Public Notice: Bids For Diesel Fuel And Gasoline

The Portage Area Regional Transportation Authority (PARTA), in partnership with the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) and several other public transit providers, requests bids for diesel fuel and gasoline.

All bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the IFB and must be received at PARTA's administrative offices on or before Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 10 a.m. A public bid opening will follow.

The contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, or disability. By signing the bid form, all bidders certify that they are not included on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors. Proposals from individuals or entities that are presently debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the State of Ohio or the federal government will be disqualified.

The agencies reserve the right to reject any or all bids, readvertise for bids, waive any informality in a bid, and determine the most responsive bid according to the criteria described in the specifications.

Prospective bidders are advised that all bids must be submitted using the forms provided by PARTA. The lower-left corner of the outermost envelope must be clearly marked: ATTN: IFB #2026 FUEL.
