Enhancing Mobility in Northwest Ohio
TARTA is proud to serve the thousands who depend on public transportation every day. In 2025, the TARTA continued to strengthen mobility across Northwest Ohio through growing ridership, improved service, and strong community trust. Ridership increased for the fifth consecutive year, with fixed-route, on-demand (TARTA Flex), and paratransit (TARTA Move) services all seeing gains. Customer satisfaction reached some of the highest levels in agency history, reflecting ongoing investments in reliability, accessibility, and rider experience. These results demonstrate TARTA’s role as a vital connection to jobs, education, healthcare, and daily life throughout the region.
