Our **Nondiscrimination Policy** ensures that no one is treated unfairly based on race, color, national origin, or disability, and offers guidance on how to report any concerns. The **Title VI** policy guarantees equal access to all services.

We also maintain transparency through regular **Audit Reports**, which review our financial and operational practices. These reports ensure that TARTA is using resources responsibly and effectively.

In addition, the **Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC)** encourages rider feedback to improve services, while our **Reporting Procedures** offer a clear process for submitting concerns about safety or service quality.
