(TOLEDO, Aug. 20, 2020) -The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) and Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments (TMACOG) will host a public meeting to discuss and seek input on the Locally Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan on Aug. 27, 2020 from 6p.m. to 7p.m. Opportunities for the public to comment and ask questions will be available and are encouraged.
The plan’s purpose is to identify community resources for transportation, understand the gaps and unmet needs, and to develop strategies to address those gaps and unmet needs. The focus of the plan is the Toledo Urbanized Area, which includes all of Lucas County, and portions of Wood County and Monroe County, Michigan.
