TARTA is proud to partner with the University of Toledo’s Human Trafficking & Social Justice Institute and the U.S. Department of Transportation to educate our community and combat human trafficking.
As joint partners in a Human Trafficking Grant awarded to TARTA through the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Authority and the University of Toledo’s Social Justice Institute are conducting a survey to gauge the level of awareness TARTA riders have of human trafficking. Both partners are interested in learning what riders already know about human trafficking, what might be misunderstood about trafficking and how to increase education around this topic.
Please follow the link to a short survey that will help us to ensure that we are providing human trafficking education that makes a difference in our community. This survey can be completed by anyone that has used TARTA services within the last two years and will close on February 28, 2021.
Community partners that work with clients that ride TARTA or have used TARTA in the recent past, are encouraged to complete the survey.
Share and complete the survey.
TARTA is also a proud participant in the U.S. Department of Transportation‘s pledge for Transportation Leaders Against Human Trafficking.
