The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority will hold a public hearing at 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 6, 2014, at the Authority’s TARPS offices located at 130 Knapp Street, Toledo, Ohio for the purpose of presenting to the public, information on service changes necessitated by anticipated modifications to scheduled pick-up time “windows.”
The site is accessible to persons with mobility impairments, and interpretive services for the hearing-impaired will be available. Individuals wishing to comment in person on the proposed changes should be present.
Proposed Changes:
A test change of the TARPS on-time pick-up “window” of 15 minutes before the scheduled time and 15 minutes after scheduled time to 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time and 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.

Comments must be received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2014 to be included as part of the official record for final route planning and implementation purposes.
