The introduction of Sunday and holiday service may be the biggest change to Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) schedules this spring, but it isn’t the only one customers will notice.
With the goals of increasing efficiency and improving performance, there will be slight changes on several routes beginning Sunday, March 27.
TARTA service on Sundays and holidays will begin at 6:25 a.m. and run until 8:21 p.m. Saturday service will begin at 6:25 a.m. and conclude at 9:51 p.m.
Other spring service changes include:
TARPS vehicles will run from 6:30 a.m. to 10:23 p.m. weekdays, 6:30 a.m. to 9:23 p.m. Saturdays and 6:30 a.m. to 8:21 p.m. Sundays and holidays. Call-A-Ride hours for Maumee, Waterville, Sylvania and Rossford are 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on weekdays and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Customers are reminded that rides on all TARTA vehicles remain free through July 31. Face masks are required for all riders through April 18.
