UPDATE: Phone service restored


UPDATE: Phone service has been restored at TARPS. Riders can call Sunday beginning at 9 a.m. to book trips for Monday and the rest of the week. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this matter.

TARTA is experiencing a phone outage that is affecting operations. TARPS riders are currently unable to reach customer service representatives to book rides and the TARTA team is unable to call out.

TARTA’s Information Technology department is aware of the issue and is working diligently to identify the source of the problem and make the necessary repairs.

When service is restored or a repair update is available, we will inform our passengers.
