TARTA’s M-PACT (Mentorship Program Advancing Career Trajectories) program matches new operators with experienced mentors to guide new hires through a successful career transition. This program is a partnership with Amalgamated Transit Union Local 697.

TARTA offers tuition reimbursement to employees through its RISE program (Reinvestment Initiative for Staff Education).

TARTA’s ERRO (Employee Recognition, Retention and Outreach) Initiative is designed to honor employees for going above and beyond the scope of their regular duties. ERRO also plans employee appreciation events.

TARTA’s Human Resources team looks to bring in career-minded individuals, provide opportunities for promotion from within, and create a comprehensive training program that appreciates the time, safety and value of team members.

At TARTA, we recognize the value of referrals made by our employees in sourcing top talent for our organization. Our Employee Referral Bonus Program is designed to encourage and reward employees for referring qualified candidates to join our team.
